Double Vision White Spots
Took MRI & for second time there are several, several white spots on my brain.?
I don’t care for my neurologist’s demeanor. He has a sluggish attitude. I want to know what this white matter is. B4 I was told it was because of the migraines I have, now he tells me it’s because of diabetes, HBP, etc and that they are not lesions. I don’t believe him, as I am frequently ill with fatigue, some double vision, nauseated, fevers at night, joint pain, etc. Anybody w/info pls help
White spots might indicate fluids, solid bodies with density, possibly lesions. Im wondering if you had injuries or chronic illness that would cause this, also what section they located, if you experience double vision its likely to be tectum located in the midbrain, fatigue and sleeping problems can be due to Fibromyalgia (FMS) which can also explain your widespread joint pain. If you have partial FMS, you will would feel heightened painful responses, muscle aches, spasms, weakness, it also reflects on your cognition: do you experience anxiety/depression. The reason I assume this is bc FMS is a central dopamine dysfunction that orbits its abnormal activity around that very central part of your brain, affecting tectum (visual corridor) I mentioned.
Another possibility, this more likely to be Multiple sclerosis (MS) that once again effect your central nervous system. It can cause problems with muscle control and strength, vision, balance, feeling, and thinking. Because it is an autoimmune disease, it randomly attacks normal tissue, producing lesions. For this you usually prescribed Avonex, Copaxone or Rebif to relief the symptoms, reduce severity and relapses, but they cant cure MS completely, they are sort of initial/ongoing treatments. Whats best for you right now, anyway around, physical and occupational therapy. It should help you adjust and release your symptoms more frequent. Also I suggest to check with different neurologist/pathologist/psychiatrist.
